FAQ

Do you ship internationally/when will JOYRIDE be available overseas? 

We are only available in the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time although we hope to in the future! 

*We do not ship to military bases, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Are you vegan/vegetarian?

We are plant-based and considered vegan.

Is it normal for my order to still show unfulfilled after a week/when will my order ship?

Yes, orders can take up to 10-14 business days to process as fulfilled, then an additional week to ship.

Are you Kosher or Halal?

No, we are neither. We have no current plans to be certified at this time, but that can change in the future!

Are you gluten-free?

Our new JOYRIDE items (Sour Strips, Cherry Berry Ropes, Strawberry Ropes Bites, Watermelon Wedges, and Soft Strawberry Licorice) that are being sold on our website are not gluten-free and contain wheat. We have no plans to launch gluten-free versions of these items at this time.

However, our legacy JOYRIDE gummies, lollis, and gum, that are available on our Amazon Store are all gluten-free.

Are there tree nuts in JOYRIDE?

There are no tree nuts in our candy, but our facility is not nut-free. The facility does produce items with nuts. They are an SQF-certified facility and lines are cleaned to that standard between every production.

Hey they are amazing! Hopefully you are seeing this Ryan! Imagine!!!! you can actually make a real difference in this world, you can be the leader of candy brands! And they will follow you! no junk, low sugar, no coloring. Ryan you can change the way America eats! Little by little! Do you realize that! I'm so proud of you!!!!!!!! I also really want to play with you on chess.com but you never accept the invitation...(LOL) just a tiny suggestion: Lots of pepole don't go to target anymore cuz they support -LGBTQ.

This candy tastes like the real sugary stuff

I am loving this candy and I have now tried all the flavors accept strawberry. So far my two favorites are raspberry and green apple. I love that I can enjoy them without all the guilt of eating sugar.
